As a person I’m all about the natural. In that type of industry if getting a boob job helps you…more power to ya!
i think they look funny. Some girls look great and others just look so over the top fake.

Natural is best, but the reality that when we age, gravity definitely works makes the op a better option to keep that sexy look.
I also disagree that it makes a woman less feminine or less ‘real’ to have implants.
Although I’m not much turned on by massive implants, if it makes the woman happy, then go for it.
I think if a woman feels like getting a boob job, more power to her. But I like all sizes, natural to implants.
i like natural breasts and i think everyone should be happy with the body they have and dont give into pressure

KyleaKilleen I wouldn’t do saline or silicone – too much too worry about! There are a ton of newer options though for going bigger.

As they say, “to each his own”. I am usually not a fan because the outcome is often bad [bolt-on basketballs] but some pornstars have good surgeons and achieve a natural look. Totally Tabitha and Karen Kougar come to mind when I think of enhanced tits I like.
I am a big fan of fake tits. Some look horrible for sure like the ones where the nipples are way up high or the ones really far apart. that looks terrible and can’t be better than what they had before.
I got lucky with mine and think they are pretty damn good. I had 3 leaks so there are scars underneath that suck but with dark skin it can’t be avoided.
I’ll take nice fake tits over real tits almost all the time…except for maybe Amy Reid or tits like that! 🙂

According to rueters (see above link which perhaps may come off moderation in a few days) women with breast implants have 3x the risk of suicide and 3x the liklihood of death from alcohol and drug use. Let’s not mention all the surgery complications…

If the plastic surgeon loves women they tend to look much better than the boob jobs that are performed by doctors that don’t appreciate a beautiful woman. I don’t really like the big grapefruit round looking breasts that appear rock hard but rather favor a more natural dip and softness. I do however want to sound a note to the young girls with smaller perfectly shaped breasts that are being talked into getting a boob job to make them bigger. Do NOT get a boob job and instead appreciate your perfectly shaped natural boobs because you can always go bigger later on in life.
I have seen some wonderful breast jobs though and some perfect natural boobs too. Whatever makes the girl happiest I guess is cool by me.
I agree with Mr Ryder 100% I needed implants as I had a child and they were small and not as perky as I would like. I’m 100% happy with the results and a lot of people tell me how great they are 🙂
Assuming there is nothing physically wrong with the woman’s breasts, natural tits, like natural lighting, looks the best.
