Am I the Only One Who Thinks this Release is Disgusting?

NL- I can hear the meeting in my head "Let’s do a comp of the two dead guys. A murder victim & his killer, it’ll have phenomenal sales!" I think it’s disgusting and tragic. And come on, this movie is an HONOR? You are honoring a murderer and his victim by making money off of scenes they did? I don’t think so. As a matter of fact, I think this is close to the most scumbag thing I have seen in porn in a long time.

Robert Hill Releasing has released producer/director Mike Ramone’s ”Porno Samurai Killer,” a comp featuring the greatest scenes of murder/suicide suspect Steve Driver and his alleged victim, Tom Dong.

Police say Driver, 34, snapped last month and used a prop samurai-type sword to kill his friend and fellow porn performer Dong and slash two others.

A few days later, Driver, with sword in hand, leapt to his death from a cliff in the San Fernando Valley – aka Porn Valley – as police closed in on him.

”This movie is in honor of Steve Driver and Tom Dong (let them rest in peace) for their dedication and hard work for the adult business,” Robert Hill owner Lynton said. ”There is no business without all the actors and actresses.”

  1. The porn industry at its finest.

Isnt freedom of speech great, expecially when people like this exercise those rights.

But in porn, freedom of speech often means freedom from decency. Cindi, do you recall if there was any uproar over TTBOY relaesng the HIV scences in 2004?

“In honor of Steve driver….”Robert Hill, you are the definintion of a piece of shit.

But hey, Robert will just keep doing business as usual, and this ‘self policing’ indsutry will keep right on doing business with him becuae after all, he might make a few bucks off this and THAT is what is important, to hell with being a decent human being.

Rest assured Mr. Hill,,,the families of his victims will be made aware of this

Lets see how the ‘industry’ reacts to this,,,i predict their silence will be deafening, except fora few comments on boards like this,,,,but business a usual will prevail at the end of the day.

Perhaps one of the most disturbing things about this, is that I am not the least bit surprised by it.
Hollywood has been at this type of thing for decades, only difference is the slick P.R. that fools far too many people into thinking it’s honoring the subject or event.

    “Honoring” Steve Driver?

Robert Hill might as well add that Steve Driver was a “cut” above the rest. Don’t forget to mention that prices are being slashed in half, just like Driver’s victims!

It’s one thing to exploit death and tragedy (what else is new?). However, the choice of words (“honor”) is unfathomably stupid and unfathomably low at the same time. In fact, there is no bottom to the depths of such idiocy…

Or maybe it’s some kind of demented sense of humor to appeal to sick fans?

Probably not. At the very least it’s extremely lazy vernacular and professionalism.

I did a few scenes for John T-Bone in Tijuana once. T-Bone was also shooting some trannies which he tried to talk me into doing (I declined). Then strangely I saw my names in the credits for some tranny movies they released and I was like “WTF”!
I know for a fact that I didn’t work with any trannies, although one night T-Bone shot
girls that were so nasty I thought they were
at first. And then the smell was so aweful after the scene shot in the large suite/dump we were sleeping in we had to open the door and all the windows!

Why is porn such a magnet for fuck-ups? Besides Bill Margold, Amber Lynn and others there’s a disease of sleaze and stupidity in this industry which ordinary minds can not comprehend.

I still think a documentary of Steve Driver with explicit porno hightlights would sell, sick as that is. But to say you’re “honoring” him just goes to show you the “wonderful world of porn” that exists; strange worlds indeed alien to many pornographers, as well.

It seems Steve Driver might have had some kind of kinship with these pornographers.

Lets get lower, how bout a tribute to the best work of Wanker Wang, of course porn has been making money off of John Holmes’ corpse for years, too bad a percentage of the take didnt go to the families of the Wonderland victims.

  6. jeremiahsteele says:

Robert Hill can make “The Wonderland of Wanker Wang”. Have lots of load dumps, simulated overdoses, murder, suicide and such.

Wang could make the vanilla viewer feel violated, watching a chick do a b/g then suddenly 10 cocks come out of nowhere and spill their seed on her face… Warning: Don’t try this at home!

Robert Hill Releasing is a strange company, I have thought this ever since I first saw their promotional fliers years ago. With both the content of their movies and how they promote.

  8. jeremiahsteele says:

Another strange Steve Driver coincidence; his name was Steve Hill and he worked for Robert Hill. No wonder there was such kinship…

Other coincidences: Driver goes off cliff/ Hill goes off Hill… nevermind, I’ve covered this shit before.

    Cumming Soon from Robert Hill:

Steve Driver in: “Conan The Bukakkian”
    Steve Driver in: “This Nut’s 4 U”
Steve Driver in: “Steve Loves Sophia”
Steve Driver in: “Best of Climaxs and Cliffhangers”
Steve Driver in: “Don’t Taze Me, I’m Crazy!”
Steve Driver in: “Deadly Weapon: Fuck da Juice- Da Mope’s on da Loose!”

“In memory of the honorable Steve Driver.”
