Howard Stern’s Wife now a “celebrity guest star” on Howard’s Show

Howard Stern’s model, activist and actress wife Beth Stern is starring in a new episode of an original series on Howard TV On Demand starting today.  It’s the latest episode (#3) of the Show in the Hallway loosely scripted original comedy series.  In these fictional stories, “Howard Stern Show” cast and staff members play themselves, with celebrity guest stars such as Beth, comedienne Lisa Lampanelli and John Stamos.  Entertaining plot lines with surprise endings are inspired by real on-air and behind-the-scenes events and the eccentric personalities that make up the “Howard Stern Show” cast of characters.

The premise of the episode starring Beth revolves around her plans to throw Howard Stern a surprise party to which Sal the Stockbroker is not invited.  In an attempt to get on her good side, he throws a charity comedy event.  In true Ralph Kramden style, everything that Sal does to fix his missteps throughout the episode only make matters worse.  Every time he tries to apologize, he winds up offending her, he gets into deeper trouble and it gets more and more hilarious.

The Show in the Hallway is part of the “Big Fat January” on Howard TV, a month jam-packed with original specials and reality series.  Highlights include Howard TV’s Most Outrageous 2008 hosted by Bam Margera which premiered on Jan. 20, and Howard TV’s Shocking Celebrity Moments 2008 beginning Jan. 27.  For more information about Howard TV On Demand and its availability, check out www.HowardTV.com.

  1. Beth is not a celebrity and Sal is annoying… I haven’t heard a word of Howard’s show since it went satellite

    Al Says:
‘I haven’t heard a word of Howard’s show since it went satellite.’

That’s because you had your head shoved up your ass and can’t afford to have XM radio.

  3. Sinners Delight says:

Howard Stern is worn out, tired and just awful. I listen to his show every day and once in awhile the old Howard emerges but all his creative energy went out the door the second he signed with Sirius. He’s reduced to reading lost dog ads [by his wife] on the air. It’s sad to see someone who changed radio and made it fun to listen to reduced to what he’s become.

  4. The Colonel says:

It’s true, Howard Stern is not as controversial and ground breaking as he was in the 70’s and 80’s. However I believe one thing that drove his XM radio show into the ground was too much hype, and he just couldn’t live up to it. He kept promoting his new show for months and bragged about how he’s going to change the face of radio yet again. His debut show was one of the largest hits on XM radio, but what did he give to his audience? He started the show with a loud fart.

Hard to believe this is the same guy who used to play Black Sabbath, Led Zeppelin and Deep Purple back when nobody else was; and now he plays loud farts and reads lost dog ads.

  5. Larry Horse says:

The show lacks some energy, seems like Sal and Richard have been reigned in and Artie’s situation is beyond a mess. They also underuse the Whackpackers. On the other hand, hearing the old shows and The History of Howard Stern is great. Sirius is basically a farewell tour for Howard and I suspect a fair amount of people will miss him when he’s gone.

  6. grandpa kernel, what were the 70’s like?

  7. The Colonel says:

Al, come sit on my lap and have a beer with me. I’ll tell you everything you want to know about the 70’s, everything.
