A producer of pornographic video known as Max Hardcore has been sentenced to 46 months in prison after a conviction on multiple obscenity offenses, including charges he transported obscene material over the Internet.
Paul F. Little, 50, was sentenced Friday in U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida, the U.S. Department of Justice announced. In addition to the prison term, Judge Susan Bucklew ordered Little to pay a $7,500 fine and to forfeit all profits from the distribution of the films he was convicted of distributing. In addition, Little must give up the films and the domain names he used to distribute them, the DOJ said.

The front page of Little’s Web site, MaxHardcore.com, had this message Monday: “This website has been forfeited to the Unites States Government pursuant to the conviction of Paul F. Little.”
Little was convicted in June on five counts of transporting obscene matter by use of an interactive computer service and five counts of mailing obscene matter. He was indicted in Florida in May 2007, after his company mailed adult films to an address in Tampa, Florida.
Little, of Altadena, Calif., was director, producer and star in a series of adult-oriented DVDs and video clips. In his films, Little engages in “violent and extreme sexual acts” with female performers, the DOJ said in a news release.

Bush was allowed to become president (because of the electoral college’s electoral “vote” & nobody seemed to care!), even though he didn’t get most of the American people’s votes (popular vote which should be the only vote!). Also, I find it obscene that the electoral “vote” haven’t been done away with. Plus, I don’t think there’s been any election reform.
RLF, the electoral vote isn’t the problem. It’s slightly more obscene the fact that the ’00 and ’04 elections were clearly rigged, and the Bush controlled Supreme Court upheld 5-4 the ’00 election w/o a recount. What’s obscene is when people believe things before examining them to any degree.
What’s obscene is when people take sides before looking at more than one side.
I’ve told Sophia over and over again about how she always assumes things as true which aren’t and, as usual, she is taking what is said to her about her (making erroneous assumptions) and claim it to be the case about others. As several people have commented here on LIB, she is mentally ill.
After Sophia moved out, I found a really cool roommate. She and I got along really well. But it turned out, strangely enough, that she’s friends with a guy who used to be in the business (who I’ll keep nameless) who it turns out (small world) is also friends with Sophia (as both Sophia and him are swingers).
It’s amazing to me that this guy has taken things at face value the way he has because he always seemed to me to be smarter than that. It’s also sad because we’ve run into each other many, many times, have always been cool with each other, and yet in all that time, he NEVER stopped to ask me my version of events about another incident which he’s heard about, from and regarding Nick East (which I’ll get into briefly in a minute).
Sophia attacked me, lied to the cops about it, got me arrested even though I called 9-1-1 2x before she did, with the first 9-1-1 call clearly displaying her voice in the background screaming “I’m gonna fucking kill you” over and over. She then proceeded to tell everyone she could in the industry about her version of events including her friend, the ex porn actor who’s friends with Sophia Mounds, Nick East, and my now newly ex-roommate.
My last roommate, who lasted less than a full month, gave me notice that she’s moving out because she heard all these bad things about me. Once we got to know each other better I had already told her the whole insane event of what had just happened with Sophia Mounds but then she said she ran into Nick East. I soon found out that was not true, that she lied about that to protect the mutual friend (ex porn star) who was the real source impassionately feeding her that information.
What’s also a strange coincidence is that she had communicated to me while she was still living me that this person also asked her to be his roommate.
So I called Nick and he actually was honest with me when he told me hadn’t talked about me to anyone in a while (about his accusation that I or one or some of my friends broke his van window which was parked on the street and stole his video camera in 2005 when we was still my roommate)… He hadn’t talked to anyone about me…. Oh, except a certain friend (the same one who’s friend’s with Sophia and my now most recent ex roommate) who called HIM (Nick) to tell him (Nick) about Sophia supposedly getting hit by me (which of course the friend evolved into the version that I “beat the shit out of” even though she has no visible marks on her from any photographs; just one of the reasons the case was a “DA Reject”, dropped before it ever went to a judge).
I tape recorded our conversation to prove to my soon to be ex-roommate as she was moving out that Nick is as nuts as Sophia. At the same time Sophia started babbling her insane ramblings on the internet, providing me with evidence in her case that she, too is nuts. People on LIB were saying “My God, this woman is insane”, etc. I told my ex-roommate that if she would just listen to my taped conversation with Nick and then read the things Sophia has been babbling she’ll see both cases have no legitimacy. I asked Nick what his evidence was that I broke his van window and he said because 1. When I went out to survey the damage I didn’t help him clean it up. 2. He claims I was smiling about it (which I never was. This is his proof!
The truth is indeed stanger and more obscene then fiction. After Jim Powers got his video camera stolen, “Deep Throat” on XPT planted the false story that I was caught on tape, apparently as some sort of malicious joke. “Deep Throat” = Luke Ford and I originally told Luke Ford about this Nick East accusation but he refused to name names because Nick was threatening him with physical harm if he were to do so.
Regarding Jim Power’s camera, anyone can ask the owner of JM, Jim Powers, his PM Johnny Thrust (who since this incident has booked me for work) or Tony Malice if I stole a video camera or simply verify the fact that I’ve never been charged or arrested to confirm this story is bullshit, but NOT for people who ONLY take things as face value, such as my ex/roommate’s friend (who is now, temporarily, at least, my ex roommate’s roommate).
When Nick East read about “Deep Throat” on LIB that was all the proof he needed in his mind that I stole his video camera, as well. And of course, the mutual friend of Sophia and Nick’s, who’s friend with my now ex roommate, did a most fantastic job of scaring the shit out of her. When I see him, we’re going to have to have a talk, and I mean talk. I do believe he meant well, but he, and everyone else should do a little investigating before jumping to conclusions.

I knew she was not all there, but we were cool for a while because I didn’t have much to do with her and she was only living here on average of one night per week so that made an ideal roommate the vast majority of time. Then one night she got drunk on two bottles of wine, demanded I be her ghost-writer (I told her I was too busy), screamed I killed her cat, attacked me, and has not been able to admit the truth to anyone, perhaps even herself. I’m still stupified by the whole event and the extent and influence of her evil. Because I was alway nice to her I had no idea how messed up she really was.
