I’m Guessing There Isn’t Much Traffic on the High Road

It’s come to my attention that another site has, not only noticed my last blog, but seems to be more than a little upset by it. As for the comments, I won’t dignify them, save to say, his is how rumours get started.

As a matter of fact, it was a rumour that started this whole situation to begin with. A rumour declaring that Marc Wallice had forged an HIV test, which turned into a rumour that he knowingly infected others with the disease. To my knowledge, none of this was ever proven, yet as time goes by, rumours become fact touted by people who weren’t even there. As I said in my original blog on the subject we don’t know what the crimes in the case are or aren’t, yet I see people running with the assumption and it saddens me.
It’s hard to defend someone who even possibly could have done something so heinous. Believe me, I’ve found myself on the defense of Max Hardcore recently and that rocked me to the core. It seems to me that if something could have been proven in this case, the law would have been brought into it, at least I certainly hope it would have. Lord knows if it were me, I would have been suing everyone. (and we Canucks aren’t very litigious)

Tina, is rumour that the Earth is round, that the Universe is several billions years old. Just a rumour.
Denial is a very common defence mechanism among incest survivors (even a fellow suspected survivor who is also a PW adopted that as her porn name!).

The truth is that Tina Tyler knows she’s an expired whore, she can’t compete with whores that are young enough to be her daughter, and ten times nastier and more beatiful than she ever dreamed to be. Nobody wants to rent her old ass anymore, so she tries to stir shit up and get attention by saying stupid things and defending hated freaks like Max Hardcore and Marc Wallace who have done nothing but hurting people, taking bad advantage of them, and damaging the adult industry’s reputation even further. She’s going through a mid life crisis which is common among washed up women in her age, but eventually she will do what many others did before her: she will eat shit and express remorse over her stupid little comments, and then stick her head in her ass and crawl back to a hole. The best she can do with the rest of her unworthy life is to work as a sex phone operator or run private ads in cheap local papers and web sites, or she can go back to her little fucking country and get a job in a bacon factory. One whore less, more breathing space for everyone else.
I guess Tina might think twice about defending Max Hardcore now! His misogynist minions raise their heads (ok, the first two comments were by the same clown, so that’s a double-headed woman-hating dog).
Uh, clown(s), for psychologists, “denial” applies when someone can’t face something they’ve personally been involved in. Tina wasn’t responsible for Marc’s HIV status, nor was she responsible for his employment in the industry. She just stumbled across him one day, on the job.

Hey, I was the first commenter, & I’m not the Colonel. Though I’d rather be him than, oh say, a Holocaust denier. Also, since Tina, who likes bisexual men, is palz with Wallace, she IS in denial that her buddy could have POSSIBLY faked the test — that was not from AIM, but a no-name, obscure clinic — while holed up in a crack hotel. No, no, it’s just a myth! You know, like the abominable snowman. Or honesty & a sense of responsibility in the porn industry.

I do not hate Tina Tyler. I just think that defending Marc Wallace using the “is just a rumour” was a serious lapse of judgement on her part. Well, she was ready to defend Max too. She needs a reality check.
Some of you miss the fact that like Marc Wallace she is in a “created” job position. Consider is it “porno nepotism”. Is Marc a decent editor? Maybe. Are there 10,000 decent editors in Los Angeles. Yes, if not more. Marc has a job because someone took pity and didnt want him on the street.
The same goes for Tina. Is she a good director? Maybe. Are there 10,000 other good directors many of whom are 4x more qualified then her? Yes. Ever year the UCLA Film School and USC School of Cinema graduate 50 students each with an MFA degree. Are there 50 new directing jobs in main stream hollywood? Hell no, not even 10 new positions open up with old guys never retiring.

The other women have to scrape by to make ends meet. The women who had children at the time and wondered if they would see their children grow up. The women who can’t live like others do because they fear of infecting others. Because they are responsible unlike Wallice. Tina has no right to firgive him when he didn’t do a single thing to her. I know I might not know all the facts about porn and every porn star’s name, but I’m not a shallow, evil person who would defend and associate with people like Marc Wallice and Max Hardcore. Read the Myspace blogs of Hardcore’s victims Tina. The porn girls that didn’t know who he was and got on set and were treated like shit. And the other porn girls that told him what they would do and not do. Then screaming and begging him to stop because he did the complete opposite. If Ted Bundy wasn’t dead, would you be his new prison pen pal Tina?
With all due respect, I covered the 1998 HIV infection situation, and the relevant facts are these:
1) Marc Wallice used a testing center that only one other person in XXX had ever used — and that was Cal Jammer, who had recently committed suicide.
2) Sharon Mitchell said that although she had had everyone else in the genealogy of the infected actresses DNA-tested, only Wallice had avoided coming in for the test.
3) Patrick Collins, for whom Wallice directed at the time, said he had to ferry the “reluctant” Wallice to Mitchell’s office personally to be tested — which, of course, came back positive.
4) An examination of an original copy of Wallice’s test from the testing center he had used showed that the person named “Marc Wallice” (under his real name) who had been tested was 49 years old and *female*.
Draw your own conclusions.

Call anyone at AIM and ask them how many times the lab that performs the tests has made data entry errors regarding birthdates, amd genders. It happens regularly.
Mr. Kernes, During your coverage of the story did you ever chek the sign in sheets form either the laboratory , or the clinics where the blood was drawn? And didnt the Dorctor from the clinic give you the copy right out of Marcs file which also said he was female. That was nothing more than a data entry error by a minimum wage laboratory employee.
