There are many definitions for “doctor”, including in the Noun form, licensed practitioner of medicine, scholar or teacher, reciprient of a degree, or in the Verb form, one who treats, repairs, alters, adulterates or falsifies.
The doctor listed on the test is the lab physician who collects the vast majority of the money that AIM collects. He’s the Kingpin doctor, so to speak.

Degrees are a great indicator of someone knowledge and potential. George W.Bush is simply a shitbag loser whose father and family connections along with a bunch of hypocritical conservatives that goto church on Sunday and cruise bathrooms for gay sex on saturday helped push him into a position of power. This is not to say that all people with college educations are stupid idiots who when told their country is under attack would continue to watch 7 yr olds reading books.
