The trial of Erik Everhard against Red Light District starts at the Chatsworth courthouse today. Along with several other ex-RLD producers, including Mike John and Vince Vouyer, Erik has accused David Joseph of RLD of cooking to books to defraud them out of royalties.
Brandon Iron has also made the accusation, but claims he does not have the money to hire a lawyer to fight.
Vince Vouyer allegedly walked out of the Red Light building with a copy of their master QuickBooks file – evidence of everything in black and white. RLD settled with him out of court to avoid that embarrassment. One of the terms of that settlement was that Vince cannot disclose details of the QuickBooks file to anyone else, including the other directors.

Of course Brandon Irons does not have the money to pursue legal action. Every dime he gets goes to paying for the skank hookers he likes to pretend are models and for his Valtrex prescription. Unlike real Directors this is not a business for Brandon. This is simply a way for him to get laid. Whereas Everhard and Mike John make sure they keep money aside for business expenses and legal fees Brandon lives a hand to mouth existence that usually involves telling girls how quick the scene is and that its an easy shoot so it will pay less. Its situations like this that really show who is a real producer and who is a pussy chaser.
Brandon Irons is right up there with Ty Endicott, Stan Brunt and other losers just in the business to get laid. Its sad these morons have to pay for females to be around them.
I don’t think I’ve ever said I don’t have the money to hire a lawyer to fight. I have said that I don’t think things were handled fairly nor honestly at Platinum X and I still feel that way today. I am not taking sides in any of this other than to see what the evidence shows at the trial.

Think anything in that trial may come up about the Paris Hilton and now Amy Fisher DVD’s, if those arent making money, then those books are more cooked than any record company or Hollywood Studio. Shouldnt Luke be at that trial every day? He can sit next to Gene,next to them will be the seat saved for AVN, but I doubt anyone will be there, this is that “bad” part of the business that doesnt exist.
